Higher levels keep the code readable when part of it is damaged or covered by a logo (L about 7%, M 15%, Q 25%, H 30%), but the pattern gets denser. M suits most uses; adding a logo switches to Q.

How to Get Your Google Review Link

  1. 1Search your business name on Google while signed in to the account that manages the listing.
  2. 2Your Business Profile opens at the top. Choose "Ask for reviews" (in some views it's "Get more reviews").
  3. 3Copy the short link Google shows — it looks like g.page/r/… — and paste it above.

Google's official write-review address is search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid= followed by your Place ID, and the short g.page/r/ link points to the same form. Either one works here.

Why a Review QR Code Works

Most customers who mean to leave a review simply forget. A code on the bill, a table card, or the bag makes it a ten-second job whenever they choose to: point the camera, tap the stars, done. “Download review card” puts the code on a print-ready card with your business name.

Also need a UPI payment or Wi-Fi code? The Shop QR Kit makes all of them in one go and lays them out on a single counter sign.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find my Google review link?

In your Google Business Profile, under "Ask for reviews" or "Get more reviews". Google gives you a short g.page/r/ link that opens the review form directly. If you have your Place ID instead, paste that — the tool builds Google's official write-review link from it.

Can I use my Google Maps link instead?

It works, but it opens your listing rather than the review form, so customers need an extra tap on "Write a review". The tool tells you when you've pasted a Maps link. The review link gets more reviews because it goes straight to the stars.

Is it okay to offer customers something for a review?

No. Google's policies don't allow discounts, freebies or any other reward for reviews, asking only happy customers, or pressuring people to rate you while they're in the shop — Google can remove reviews or restrict your profile for it. A QR code that simply makes it easy for anyone to review, whenever they like, is fine; it's what Google's own "Ask for reviews" link is for.

Does the QR code expire?

No. It's a static code with your review link inside it, so it works for as long as your Business Profile exists.
