2 What should customers scan?

Payments go straight to this UPI ID. Check it carefully.

Search your business name on Google while signed in, open your Business Profile, and choose "Ask for reviews" (or "Get more reviews") to copy your review link.

Scanning connects the phone to this network — no typing the password.

3 What do you want to print?

One Sign Instead of Five Stickers

A typical counter ends up with a payment QR from the bank, a Wi-Fi password on a scrap of paper, and no way to ask for a Google review. This kit puts them together on one clean sign with your name and colours — customers scan what they need with their phone camera. Printed stands with the same idea sell for several hundred rupees; here you make and print your own for free.

How It Works

  1. 1Add your shopYour shop name, an optional line under it, your colour, and your logo if you want it in the centre of each code.
  2. 2Pick the codesUPI payment, Google review, Wi-Fi, Instagram, WhatsApp, or a menu link. Each one is checked as you type, so a wrong UPI ID or a non-Google link never makes it onto the sign.
  3. 3Choose what to printAn A5 counter sign, an A4 sheet of six stickers, or a separate card for each code.
  4. 4Download and testDownload a print-ready PDF or PNG, print at actual size, and scan every code once with your phone before putting it out.

Where to Put Your QR Codes

  • Keep the sign at the billing counter at eye level — where customers already have their phone out to pay.
  • Put Wi-Fi and menu stickers on tables, and the review card where people wait or on the bag or bill.
  • Print at least 3 × 3 cm per code for scanning from arm's length; the counter sign and stickers are already larger.
  • Laminate the counter sign or put it in a stand so it doesn't curl or fade.

Only need one code? Use the single UPI QR, Google Review QR or Wi-Fi QR generator instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will these QR codes stop working after a while?

No. They are static codes — the UPI ID, link or Wi-Fi details are inside the code itself, so they work for as long as the details stay the same. Many "free" generators make dynamic codes that point through their server and stop working when a trial ends; these don't depend on Kravoy at all.

How do I get my Google review link?

Search your business name on Google while signed in to the account that manages it, open your Business Profile, and choose "Ask for reviews" (or "Get more reviews"). Google shows a short review link to copy — paste it into the kit. You can also use your Place ID.

Is it safe to print my Wi-Fi password?

The password is inside the Wi-Fi QR code either way — anyone who scans it can join. Use a separate guest network for customers, not the network your billing computer or CCTV is on. Printing the password as text under the code is optional and off by default.

Can I use my own colours and logo?

Yes. Pick a brand colour for the header and codes, and add a logo to the centre of each QR. If your colour is too light to scan reliably, the codes print in dark grey while the header keeps your colour.

Do I need to install an app or create an account?

No. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Customers don't need an app either — every modern phone camera reads QR codes.
