  • Upload photo mode removes shadows and the paper colour, so a quick phone photo of a signature on white paper becomes clean ink on a transparent background.
  • Every download is trimmed to the signature, with no large empty margins to crop away later.
  • For an online form with a file-size limit, enter the limit in KB and the tool saves a JPG on white that fits under it.

How do I put my signature on a PDF or Word document?

Download the transparent PNG (or press Copy) and insert it as a picture in Word, Google Docs or a PDF editor. Because the background is transparent, it sits naturally on the signature line.

How do I make a signature for an online form with a KB limit?

Choose a size such as 140 × 60 px or enter the exact pixels the form asks for, type the limit into “Max file size”, and download. For government exam forms, the Exam Form Kit has each exam’s official photo and signature rules.

Can I scan my real signature?

Yes. Sign on plain white paper, take a clear photo, and use Upload photo. The tool removes the paper and shadows and keeps only the ink. Use “Keep faint lines” if parts of a light signature go missing.

Is a signature image legally valid?

A signature image is fine for many everyday documents, but it is not a certified digital signature. Where a legally recognised electronic signature is required (in India, for example, a Digital Signature Certificate or Aadhaar eSign), use that service instead.

Is my signature uploaded anywhere?
