1Pick your examThe kit loads that exam's official photo, signature, and document rules — pixel size, KB range, background, ink.
2Add each documentUpload a photo or scan, or take one with your phone camera. HEIC photos from iPhones work too.
3Let the kit fix itIt crops to the exact shape, whitens a light background, cleans paper shadows from signatures, and fits the file into the KB range.
4Read the acceptance reportEvery file is checked against the rules — size, dimensions, lighting, background, blur, ink — with one-click fixes for anything off.
5Download and uploadDownload each file, or all of them in one ZIP, named and ready for the application portal.
Why Exam Forms Reject Photos and Signatures
Most rejections come down to a handful of avoidable problems. The kit checks for each of them before you download.
File size outside the KB range. Portals check both a minimum and a maximum. A photo that's 52 KB for a 20–50 KB limit is rejected, and so is an over-compressed 8 KB one.
Coloured, dark, or busy background. Most exams ask for a white or light background. A photo against a patterned curtain or a dark room is one of the most common rejections.
Blurry or dark photo. A phone photo taken in dim light or with a moving hand looks fine on a big screen but turns into a blur at 200 × 230 pixels.
Faint signature or grey paper. A light pen on grey, shadowed paper becomes unreadable once shrunk to 140 × 60 pixels. Dark ink on clean white paper stays legible.
Signature in capital letters. IBPS and several other exams explicitly reject signatures and declarations written in CAPITAL LETTERS.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do the photo and signature sizes come from?
From each exam body's own published document — the IBPS scanning guidelines, the SSC CGL and CHSL 2026 notices, UPSC's online application FAQ, and the NTA information bulletins for NEET UG and JEE Main 2026. Each exam in the kit links to its source and shows the date we last checked it. Several popular resizer sites list numbers that don't match these documents, so we don't copy from them.
Does this guarantee my form will be accepted?
No tool can promise that — rules change between notifications, and some checks (like whether the photo is recent) can only be done by the exam body. What the kit does is make sure your file meets the published file size, pixel size, and format rules, and flag the common reasons photos and signatures get rejected before you submit.
My exam isn't listed. Can I still use the kit?
Yes. Choose "Other exam" and enter the width, height, and KB range from your notification. If it only gives a KB range, leave the pixel size empty. You still get auto-cropping, clean-up, and the acceptance report.
Why was my signature enlarged beyond 140 × 60 pixels?
A clean signature at exactly 140 × 60 pixels can be smaller than the 10 KB minimum even at the highest JPEG quality. IBPS lists that size as "preferred", while the KB range is what the portal enforces — so the kit keeps the same shape and makes it just big enough to reach the minimum, and tells you when it does.
SSC doesn't let me upload a photo. What do I do?
For SSC CGL and CHSL 2026, the photo is captured live through your webcam or the SSC app while you fill the form — only the signature is uploaded. Use the kit for the signature, and try "Practice it" under the live photo section to check your lighting and background before the real capture.
Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything — cropping, clean-up, compression, and the checks — runs in your browser. Your photo, signature, and thumb impression never leave your device.
